Well furnished and functional room, a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets in the room. Very helpful and caring staff, large beds.

Enjoyed the double room with a ship-shaped bed, and historic and peaceful location right at the old town of ulm. Location: the hotel was close to various restaurants and walks, a river with interesting bird life directly behind the house and the Schmales Haus. Also, we could easily reach a Lutheran church...

Great location in the heart of the historic district, close to the river and the old stone bridge. Spacious suite with a little kitchen equipped with a Nespresso machine and a fridge. The breakfast was enjoyable, and I loved the breathtaking view from my table overlooking the river.

The bathroom was inconvenient with no bathtub and a very high toilet located downstairs. It was also strange and unpleasant to have a door in the catacomb of the bathroom, wondering what was behind it.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Schmales Haus. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a unique boat-shaped bed. The location was perfect, right in the center of the old town. The staff treated me like a VIP, and even surprised me with free breakfasts and a special birthday treat.

The breakfast menu could use a bit more variety, especially when it comes to jams and croissants.
